Sales Contract
Buyers Responsibilities:

Buyer should have pet examined by their Vet within 5 days of arrival.  
Provide puppy with routine preventive care, such as, but not limited to:
Physical examinations by a licensed veterinarian.
Follow veterinarian guidelines for vaccinations and de-worming.

Health Guarantee:
Every effort has been made to assure that the puppy you have selected is healthy on the date of delivery and that the
puppy has received proper vaccinations and worming. This guarantee does not cover worms or parasites as these are
common and not life threatening.  Regular vet checks will be necessary to insure the pup does not acquire these through
out his/her life time.  The Buyer has been informed of these and of future ' vaccinations and worming due, and will agree to
have them done on time, failure to do so will render this contract null and void.
This puppy is guaranteed until I year of age against fatal and life altering congenital disease which adversely affects the
health of the animal. This includes severe hip dysplasia which hampers a dog's movement and natural gait and requires
surgery to correct, kidney, heart, pancreas, spine and liver problems of a severe life threatening or altering nature. If the
dog dies within this I year time frame, the Buyer will pay to have a necropsy done to ascertain reason. If reason is
congenital, the Seller will replace the puppy.
No refund in part or in full will be given.
Seller will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred. Buyer is aware that owning a puppy means trips to the
veterinarian and understands that he/she will be responsible for all payments.  By signing this contract buyer agrees to be
responsible for, and pay for all expenses, including medical from the date of arrival/pick-up.
All items covered under this guarantee are by replacement only. We do not give refunds.


Shipping and Delivery
Deposits are non-refundable. Shipping costs are non-refundable once the flight is booked. Puppies will be shipped at  8 weeks of age.
Shipping is $300.00, depending on airlines and actual cost. Crate is included in shipping costs. Please go to our shipping page for more
information.  You are always welcome to pick up your puppy.
