All deposits to hold a puppy till final payment are non-refundable.
Refunds of any kind may be given at our discretion.
All puppies being shipped must have a health guarantee/contract signed and returned via fax, mail or
e-mail before flights are booked. After flights are booked there is no refund of shipping charges.
